Pastor's Janet and John Brumby moved to Australia in 1969 from England. After arriving from England both Pastor Janet and John Brumby lived in Sydney. Later they had a two year stay on the North Coast in Woodenbong and then Kyogle New South Wales. Then we moved to Victoria into the Rutherglen grape growing and wine making region in 2002, which is near the Murray River. Pastor Janet qualified as a teacher in England and has worked in a number of schools in New South Wales. Pastor John qualified as a registered nurse in England and has served in many hospitals in New South Wales.

During that time both of us trained for the Ministry and obviously took a great interest in music, serving a number of different churches in pastoral work. Pastor Janet and John have had their own ministry for many years called Arke Ministries. Also Pastor Janet and John Brumby have run many businesses during those years which have included a drop in centre and Christian books display, even taking many things to the small local markets in different places.
